Terms and conditions

1. The service

We sell one-off packages of followers and likes for public Instagram and TikTok accounts and posts. A package raises the relevant count. It doesn’t include engagement, sales or a particular audience, and we don’t guarantee the country the accounts come from.

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or over. The account or post must be public during delivery, and for the 30 days after if you want a top-up. You’re responsible for entering the right username or link and for having the right to order for that account.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (US$) and are the full amount we charge. You pay once by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on a secure checkout page. Your bank converts the charge to NZD and may add its own fees, which we don’t control. There’s no subscription. POLi, Afterpay, Laybuy and bank transfer aren’t available.

4. Delivery

Delivery normally starts a few minutes after payment is confirmed and is spread over hours or days depending on size. Timings we show are typical, not guaranteed.

5. Top-ups

If the delivered count drops within 30 days after delivery finishes, we top it up free when you email us your order number, provided the account is still public and on the same username.

6. Refunds

We refund any part we can’t deliver. Full details are on refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand consumer law that can’t be excluded.

7. Platform rules and risk

Instagram and TikTok prohibit services that artificially increase followers or likes. By ordering, you accept that the platforms may remove some of what’s delivered or take action on an account, and that we can’t control or guarantee their decisions. We aren’t part of Instagram, Meta, TikTok or ByteDance.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. We aren’t responsible for business results, reach, sales or platform decisions.
