Delivery and the 30-day top-up
Delivery normally starts a few minutes after payment and runs in batches. Here are typical timings by size, what can slow things down, and how to claim a free top-up.

These are typical times, not guarantees. Busy periods or platform changes can stretch them.
Why we pace delivery
A sudden spike of thousands of followers in a few minutes looks unnatural to viewers and platforms alike. Delivering in batches makes the count rise more like a good week than a switch being flipped.
What can slow or stop delivery
- Going private. We can’t reach private accounts or posts. Stay public until it’s done.
- Changing your username. The order is tied to the username you entered.
- Deleting the post or video that likes were going to.
- A typo. The profile preview helps, but check carefully. Email us quickly if you spot a mistake.
Ordering several things at once
A basket can hold up to ten packages, for example followers for your profile plus likes on two posts. Each package runs on its own schedule, so a small likes order may finish before a large follower order that was paid at the same time. One payment covers the lot, and one order number covers every package in it.
Checking progress
After payment you land on a confirmation page with your order number, which starts with ord_. That page shows the order status. You’ll also get a receipt by email from the checkout.
The free 30-day top-up
If your follower or like count drops within 30 days after delivery finishes, we top it up free. To claim:
- Email support@buyfollowers.co.nz.
- Include your ord_ number and the username or link.
- Tell us roughly how many dropped.
The account must still be public and on the same username. We usually reply within a few hours, seven days a week, on New Zealand time.
When a top-up doesn’t apply
After the 30 days, if the account went private or changed username, or if the post was deleted. Anything we couldn’t deliver in the first place is refunded instead; see refunds.
