Privacy policy
We collect as little as we need to deliver your order and look after you. We don’t sell your data, and we never see your card details.
What we collect
- Order details: the public username or link the package goes to, the package, the amount and the date.
- Your email address, passed to us by the checkout so we can send a receipt and help you.
- Minimal technical data, such as your IP address, to limit abuse like rapid repeated look-ups.
Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider on its secure page. We don’t see or store them.
What we use it for
Delivering your order, handling top-ups and refunds, answering your emails and preventing fraud. We don’t use it for advertising and we don’t sell it.
Profile look-ups
When you type a username, we fetch that profile’s public information (picture, follower count, recent posts) to show you a preview. We don’t keep these look-ups longer than needed to show them.
In your browser
Your basket is kept in your browser’s local storage so it isn’t lost if you close the page. We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for top-ups, refunds and our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@buyfollowers.co.nz with your order number. If you’re in New Zealand, you also have rights under the Privacy Act 2020, including complaining to the Privacy Commissioner.
